Our core business is related to the supply, distribution and inventory management of multi-vendor IT parts and whole units, including desktops, notebooks, printers, servers and POS equipment.

We provide blind-ship, plain boxed delivery direct to your customer site. We offer advance replacements and also provide a reverse logistics service - managing the return of faulty items to OEM’s and suppliers for warranty claim. Dragon offers a managed remarketing & disposal service that complies with the WEEE directive whilst minimising costs and environmental waste.

Dragon-Direct established in 2003 is our retail division bringing our wealth of experience in the IT industry direct to the end-user and small business community, this product knowledge provides a personal service unavailable in most high street stores.
